1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ReadPeople.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use ReadPeople.ai's face analysis services for personal use in accordance with these terms. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the service for commercial purposes without proper licensing
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ReadPeople.ai
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Upload images that violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• Use the service to upload, transmit, or otherwise make available content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or defamatory
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

3. Token System and Payments

ReadPeople.ai operates on a token-based system. Tokens are purchased through our platform via Stripe and used to access face analysis services.

• Purchases: All token purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.
• Refunds: Unused tokens may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once tokens have been spent on an analysis, they cannot be refunded. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details.
• Non-transferable: Token balances are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users.
• Price changes: ReadPeople.ai reserves the right to modify token pricing or service availability with reasonable notice. Existing token balances remain valid at their original value.

4. Analysis Disclaimer

ReadPeople.ai provides face analysis and personality assessment based on AI analysis of uploaded images. The analysis is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Analysis results are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. ReadPeople.ai does not make any warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the analysis provided.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you grant ReadPeople.ai a license to analyze and process those images for the purposes of providing the service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload the images and that they do not violate the rights of any third parties.

6. Service Modifications

ReadPeople.ai may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. ReadPeople.ai may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any features with notice when reasonably possible. By continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.

7. Account Termination

ReadPeople.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service if you violate these terms or engage in illegal or harmful conduct. Upon termination, your token balance will be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Limitation on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadPeople.ai, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes damages for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of the service shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
